Define the non-negotiables
Product form, cannabinoid range and basis, treatment, age, microbiology, packaging and substitution tolerances.
For licensed European buyers
Provenance screens medical-cannabis supply against one defined buying need. We compare the product, current evidence, destination route, timing and economics before a controlled introduction is considered.
For licensed and otherwise authorized commercial operators. Not for patients or consumers. The initial screen is free and creates no purchase obligation.
The procurement problem
A buyer still needs to know whether the offered product is current, whether the documents relate to the relevant entity and lot, how the product would reach the required commercial stage, and whether prices are being compared on an equivalent basis.
Product form, cannabinoid range and basis, treatment, age, microbiology, packaging and substitution tolerances.
Destination, importer, manufacturing or conversion steps, testing and the party responsible for any required batch certification or release.
Current lot ID, allocable quantity, availability date, evidence linkage, MOQ and quote validity—not historical production capacity alone.
Currency, unit, Incoterm and named place, included processing, testing, freight and release costs, and all still-unpriced items.
What the first screen returns
The purpose is a purchasing decision—not a long list of growers.
A small number of anonymous capabilities appear aligned, with the current evidence and gaps made visible.
The exact missing field, evidence item or commercial term is identified so the buyer can decide whether to obtain it.
No current option should advance, or a mandatory criterion excludes the available capability. No-match is a valid result.
What we do not do: publish live inventory, guarantee a match, certify a supplier, decide regulatory acceptance, or release a counterparty identity merely because a form was submitted.
Minimum useful brief
Approximate ranges are acceptable for the first screen. Full authority, document and route checks occur before any protected introduction. Do not submit patient information, identity documents, COAs or other confidential files through the public form.
How evidence is treated
“Verified” is too broad unless it says what was checked, by whom, when and for what scope.
Registry status, document scope, dates, issuer, entity match and lot linkage are recorded where available.
Uncorroborated capacity, availability, pricing or route claims remain labelled as statements rather than converted into facts.
Unknown, pending, stale and expired evidence remain visible. An unknown cannot become a pass through optimistic wording.
Primary-source starting points
These sources frame the diligence questions; they do not decide whether a particular lot, facility or shipment is acceptable.
